CSAE is illegal, abhorrent, and goes against the fundamental values of our community and company.

This policy outlines our strict standards, the types of content and behavior that are strictly prohibited, and the actions we take to protect children and cooperate with law enforcement.

2. Scope and Applicability

This policy applies to all users, content, and features within the Here & Now app, globally. It covers, but is not limited to:

Images and videos
Textual content
Links shared within the app
User profiles
Direct messages
Comments and reactions
Any other form of user-generated content or interaction

3. Prohibited Content and Behavior Related to CSAE

The following content and behaviors are strictly forbidden on the Here & Now app:

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any visual depiction of child sexual abuse, whether real, simulated, or artificially generated.
Solicitation and Grooming: Any attempts to solicit sexual acts from a minor, or engaging in grooming behavior intended to establish a relationship with a minor for sexual exploitation.
Exploitative Content: Any content that promotes, facilitates, glorifies, or provides access to child sexual abuse or exploitation.
Links to CSAE: Sharing or distributing links to external websites or platforms containing CSAE content.
User Profiles and Identifiers: Usernames, profile pictures, or "About Me" sections that directly or indirectly suggest or promote CSAE.
Live Streams/Broadcasts: Any live content involving or depicting CSAE.

4. Reporting Mechanisms: How to Report CSAE

We empower our users to be vigilant and report any suspected CSAE activity.

In-App Reporting:
- A "Report" button is conveniently located on each user profile page and within all direct message screens.
- When making a report related to CSAE, we require users to provide screenshots of the offending content or conversation, along with the username of the user being reported. This information is crucial for our investigation.
Email Reporting:
- Users can also report suspected CSAE by sending an email with relevant details (screenshots, usernames, context) to: tomislav.crnicki123@gmail.com.

Anonymity for Reporters: All CSAE reports are treated with the utmost confidentiality. We will not investigate the identity of the reporter; our focus is solely on the reported user and content.

Confirmation of Report: Users who submit a report will receive a confirmation email acknowledging that their report has been received and is being processed.

5. Moderation and Enforcement

Upon receiving a report, our dedicated team of trained human moderators initiates an immediate and thorough investigation. We are committed to prompt action and rigorous enforcement:

Immediate Content Removal: Any identified CSAE content will be removed from the platform immediately upon verification.
Permanent Account Termination: Users found to be sharing, soliciting, or involved in any form of CSAE will face permanent account suspension and termination. There is a zero-tolerance "one-strike" policy for CSAE violations.
Preservation of Evidence: We are committed to preserving all relevant data and evidence related to CSAE for law enforcement purposes.

6. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

The Here & Now app is an EU-based company and will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies in all CSAE investigations. We are obligated and committed to reporting identified CSAE to the relevant national and international authorities and equivalent bodies.

7. Age Restriction and User Education

Age Requirement: The Here & Now app has a strict 18+ age requirement. Users must be 18 years of age or older to register and use our application. Any accounts found to belong to underage users will be terminated.

We encourage all users to familiarize themselves with these guidelines and to report any suspicious activity immediately.
